Sasha Cagen is the author of To-Do List: From Buying Milk to Finding a Soul Mate, What Our Lists Reveal About Us.

As the world's leading to-do-list-o-lo-gist, she has collected thousands of people’s to-do lists for original research on how people use lists and she has appeared on CNN, NPR, and in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal to share her list expertise.

In addition to being an author, Sasha is a life coach and keynote speaker who talks at companies and universities. She also works with executives to help them take action on the things that matter most to them.

Sasha believes that to-do lists not only help us get things done, they can change our lives.
